As an authorized Dealer for a Fortune 500 Company, we are looking to grow between McAllen to Brownsville, TX. We need Sales Reps with outside B2B experience, with "Fire-in-their-Belly".

We will be interviewing and hiring candidates for two outside sales positions related to document management solutions. You will have the opportunity to tour our facility, meet our dynamic staff and learn more about our growing Company. We provide a liberal commission schedule, expenses, incentives and bonuses for realistic first year earnings between $40,000 and $70,000 with the potential to grow to earn annually up to $180,000 per annum into your 2nd or 3rd year. It's all about how hungry you are to get leads, which ultimately leads to a sale.

  • At least 12 months of outside B2B sales required
  • Aggressive uncapped commissions to be earned. Your success spells our success and the more commission you make, the more we make
  • Excellent one-on-one verbal and written communication skills in English needed
  • Monday through Friday schedule (out by 5pm)
  • Spanish-Bilingual a plus
  • College degree preferred
  • Enthusiasm and drive required
  • This is very much a Hunter position, not a Farmer position in sales. You will be prospecting for new businesses.
