Sales Director - Assisted Living

Location: Palm Beach County, Florida

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to join our team at a premier assisted living facility in Palm Beach County. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for senior living and a proven track record in sales and marketing. The role is instrumental in driving occupancy and promoting the facility's services within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential residents, their families, and referral sources
  • Conduct tours and presentations of the facility to prospective residents and families
  • Respond to inquiries and provide comprehensive information about services and amenities
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure a cohesive and effective sales approach
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, including contract negotiations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities and performance metrics
  • Represent the facility at community events and professional organizations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the senior living market and a passion for working with seniors
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $75,000
  • Additional Commission and Bonuses
