Do you pride yourself on innovation and excellence? Are you passionate about collaborating with stakeholders, problem solving, and support end-users?  If so, we are looking for a talented D365 CRM Consultant that has experience with analyzing business processes, creating technical documentation, and working with cross functional teams you will be able to leverage your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to deliver customized solutions for clients. You’ll closely collaborate with stakeholders, understanding their business requirements and translating them into scalable CRM configurations. Your role involves customizing D365 CRM modules, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to align with client objectives and enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you’ll handle system diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support to end-users. Your strategic insights will be crucial in optimizing CRM workflows, driving user adoption, and maximizing the platform’s potential to foster strong customer relationships. Ultimately, as a D365 CRM Consultant, you’ll play an instrumental role in guiding organizations toward achieving their CRM objectives while ensuring seamless integration and alignment with broader business strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, a related field or commensurate experience.
  • 3-8 years of experience in Dynamics CRM consulting, with a strong focus on customer engagement solutions.
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Deep understanding of CRM processes and best practices in various industries.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
  • An understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodology a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Experience with customizations, integrations, and extensions of Dynamics CRM.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with other Microsoft products and cloud services, such as Azure and Power Platform.
