Essential Job Functions

· Develop strong, meaningful relationships with key accounts as well as prospective consumers while selling in an advisory capacity

· Act as an educator, teaching people about water and how to best resolve issues with contamination

· Learn and explain the engineering behind Kinetico water treatment systems

· Conduct consultative sales appointments where our customers are located, in their homes and at their places of business as well as from our Division Headquarters in Garner, NC

· Feverishly work the phone, email and texts to cultivate new business and schedule appointments for future sales opportunities

· Self generate leads and sales opportunities by building key accounts

· Achieve a defined revenue and units goal month-to-month

· Must be able to stay on task and develop strong daily habits to maximize your ROI

· Absolutely must be able to learn about the chemistry of water, contamination and the science behind water treatment

· Learn and understand the basics behind product installation to correctly assess job sites

· Must be extremely goal oriented and enjoy being rewarded for exceeding expectations

· Make as much money as you want with an uncapped commission plan and unlimited income potential

· Enjoy being put on a pedestal for being a top sales leader in the organization

Physical Demands

· Ability to sit and use a computer and to perform paperwork activities

· Actively walking homes, businesses, crawl spaces and uneven land terrain

· Ability to work in a variety of positions (bending, kneeling, crouching) to perform sales presentations and jobsite inspections

· Visual acuity sufficient to use a computer and to complete paperwork activities

· Hearing sufficient to communicate with individuals in person and by telephone

· Daily driving of a company provided vehicle required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Is familiar with using a CRM software and can navigate simple office software

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

· Has been professionally trained as a salesperson and understands the structure of a sales consultation, how to develop rapport, overcome objections and close the deal

· Enjoys speaking and listening to customers on the phone and has great phone selling skills, preferring to pick up the phone before sending an email or text message

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business preferred

· 3+ years' of sales consulting or business intelligence experience

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

· Proven track record of success in current endeavor
