J2T is seeking an experienced AR Manager for a contract role. Our client is a dynamic player in the SaaS industry, with an annual revenue of approximately $400 million. Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to lead their collections team in a contract capacity, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of up to 15 collectors, providing leadership and guidance.
- Utilize expertise in NetSuite and Excel to streamline AR operations and reporting.
- Report monthly analysis to senior management, offering insights and recommendations.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for direct reports to ensure performance objectives are met.
- Oversee invoice collection process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Resolve complex issues and escalations, collaborating effectively with business partners.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 meetings to review account statuses and provide coaching as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for support to the collections team and sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Excel, and Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Ability to perform credit analysis and interpret financial statements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team of 4 or more people.
- Prior experience managing accounts receivable of $25 million to $50 million.
