SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Provider Liaison (HopeWest Sales Representative) is a dynamic, outgoing individual with a passion for making a real, meaningful difference in people’s lives. The Provider Liaison promotes HopeWest programs and services with professional referral sources (physician’s and practice managers, hospitals, skilled and assisted living facilities). The Provider Liaison focuses on building strong relationships with all types of referral providers and community partners, increasing the preference for HopeWest services. Success in this role is measured by growth in the patients/participants/clients served by HopeWest.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, or related field of study or demonstrated experience in outcomes-based healthcare sales.
- Broad health care system knowledge.
- Some familiarity with hospice, palliative care, and PACE
- Broad clinical knowledge/familiarity
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid
- Some familiarity with LTC & ALF facilities
- Valid Colorado driver’s license and unlimited access to reliable transportation.
- Adequate automobile insurance.
- Able to work in a variety of environments

What We Offer:
- Pay $27.13-33.03/hour
- Mileage reimbursement of 60cents/mile for work related driving
