DEP is seeking an experienced, full-time, motivated, team-oriented Account Executive with outstanding written/verbal communication and analytical skills. Automotive experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and building client relationships
  • Provide professional support to enhance the customers’ experience
  • Train/Educate clients on Dealer eProcess products
  • Staying on top of industry trends
  • Conduct dealer training
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure dealer satisfaction
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs

Required Skills:

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and punctual
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts 
  • The ability to remain cool under pressure
