Essential Job Functions of the Operations Specialist:

*Work with members of cross-functional operations teams and developers to assist with daily operations of rapidly growing Financial Technology company

*Desire to understand internal processes to best serve SaaS customers

*Triage B2B customer support concerns with our internal development team

*Demonstrate advanced product knowledge to alleviate customer concerns

Qualifications of the Operations Specialist:

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Bachelor's Degree

*Eligible to work in the United States

*Must pass a background check and drug screening

*Visa/sponsorship not offered

*Required to work in office in Boca Raton
