Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business 2 Business Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales. As a vital member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and cultivating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the designated territory.
  2. Identify and prioritize prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing industry connections.
  3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' staffing requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
  4. Present proposals and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  6. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions and exceptional customer service.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  8. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of success in Business 2 Business sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in Business 2 Business sale field.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively and influence key stakeholders.
  3. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to overcome objections and secure commitments.
  4. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
