Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business 2 Business Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in sales. As a vital member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and cultivating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the designated territory.
- Identify and prioritize prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing industry connections.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' staffing requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Present proposals and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in Business 2 Business sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in Business 2 Business sale field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively and influence key stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to overcome objections and secure commitments.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets, with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
