Overview: As a Boost Mobile Retail Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and promoting Boost Mobile products and services. You will engage with customers, assist them in selecting the right products and plans, and ensure they have a positive experience in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information effectively.

  2. Sales Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting Boost Mobile products, services, and promotions. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to drive revenue and achieve individual and store sales goals.

  3. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Boost Mobile products, services, and promotions. Educate customers on features, benefits, and pricing to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

  4. Store Operations: Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store environment. Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and reconciling sales transactions.

  5. Technical Support: Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, and basic technical support. Offer guidance on device features, applications, and usage to enhance the customer experience.

  6. Promotional Activities: Participate in marketing events, promotions, and community outreach activities to increase brand awareness and attract new customers to Boost Mobile to include daily online and telephone marketing.

  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and store management to achieve sales targets, resolve issues, and maintain a positive work environment. Share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the store team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage with diverse customer demographics.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering results.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, and wireless technology.
  • Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems.
