Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Strive Pest Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for our pest control services. You will be the face of our company, representing our brand and values to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and target new sales opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and present tailored pest control solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the pest control or related industry, is a plus
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
