Make your mark, create impact and grow with us. Bring your event planning creativity and eye for fashion merchandising to assist our Events Manager in organizing (and attending) events such as Rodeos, Music Festivals, Pop Up Stores, Stock Shows, as well as booths and displays at Trade Shows to display our Western Apparel products.

 

Your opportunity: Events Coordinator

Primary Office location: Fort Worth, TX.

Extensive travel required

 

Your mission: Create fun and exciting events for our customers and community and assist in planning all details that go into events; planning, staffing, set up and tear down, and managing / merchandising retail during the event.

 

Events Planner – What You Will Do:

·        Plan and attend events from start to finish

·        Assist in loading and unloading equipment and product

·        Set up and tear down events, including assembling booth equipment  

·        Maintain and organize event and booth equipment in the warehouse

·        Merchandize items for display and maintain the sales floor during events

·        Assist the Events Manager in hiring and managing events personnel

 

Events Coordinator – Required Skills, Experience, & Culture Fit:

·        You are looking to work with a quickly growing company

·        You have a passion for the Western Lifestyle, Event Planning, Fashion Retail and Merchandising 

·        You have knowledge of marketing techniques for event management

·        You can work full-time Monday – Friday, with evenings and weekends as needed

·        You can travel 75% of the time and work in all weather conditions

·        You have a valid Drivers License, and proof of insurance

 

Events Coordinator – You Might Have:

·        A bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality management, fashion merchandising or related field

·        Experience with western apparel marketing / merchandising / fashion retail

 

Compensation $45k - 50k, depending on experience.
