If so, we're eager to welcome you to our team We are actively seeking a dynamic Outside/Inside Sales Representative to sell skilled services in the construction, warehouse, and light industrial sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Cultivate and expand accounts with existing clients.
  • Compile lists of promising customers from various sources.
  • Travel throughout the Fort Myers and Naples area to solicit orders and maintain outstanding customer service.
  • Provide competitive price quotes, skillfully negotiate terms, and prepare compelling sales contracts/customer applications.
  • Complete thorough job site survey reports for both new and existing customer sites.
  • Generate periodic sales reports demonstrating robust sales volume and potential opportunities.
  • Exceed weekly-established customer-call quotas.
  • Transmit comprehensive reports to management on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred, but not required: Previous business-to-business sales experience.
  • Thrive as a team player, be self-motivated, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to attend after-hours networking events and handle client calls during nights and weekends.
  • Possession of reliable transportation is essential for effectively reaching the customer/potential customer base.

Compensation:

First year 60K -100K

Gas allowance and company cell phone provided.
