KEF’s North American Sales office, located in Marlboro, NJ, is seeking the right person to fit the title of Product Conversion Associate. This role is responsible for the quality control and processing of our incoming stock, including customer returns and product modifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact our efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the conversion of in-service stock into sellable B-stock and other specified products.
  • Conduct functional tests on speakers returned by customers to determine their eligibility for B-stock.
  • Convert A-stock products into specialized items for sales teams, such as center channels and specific systems
  • Repair and refurbish products to ensure they meet our quality standards for resale.
  • Maintain and organize the in-service stock area, ensuring cleanliness and order.
  • Perform regular inventory counts for both in-service and B-stock inventories.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work harmoniously in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to handle products and equipment used in inventory and stock management.
