As part of our legal sales team, you will be working within the community to meet with clients, speak to them about their legal needs and completing intake forms. You will also be promoting our legal services to the community through in person visits and networking events.
Candidate will be given a company iPad and Cellphone.

Responsibilities:
- Following up promptly with leads and increase to ensure timely assistance
- Engaging perspective clients with empathy and understanding their needs.
- Building trust with clients by providing accurate information about the firms services and legal services.
- Managing clients relationships from initial consultation to sign-up
- Intake duties:
- Sign potential personal injury, workers' compensation and criminal defense clients
- Send electronic retainers to clients
Experience:
- Case intake experience
- Bilingual Spanish / English
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system is a plus
