Open Position for Staff Accountant Controller

ADM Group Inc. is an architecture and interior design firm located in Tempe, Arizona. Seeking a Staff Accountant Controller to manage the daily financial operations. This position will oversee all the accounting needs for the company and is responsible for making sure the Accounting Department runs smoothly. We are looking for strategic problem-solver that will assist in the company’s development and growth.

Responsibilities:

· Oversee and coordinate all financial activities.

· Standardize and maintain a system of accounting records and techniques.

· Prepare reports that summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position.

· Monitor all banking activities; arrange financing, insurance, and other financial administration.

· Oversee cash management including monitoring cash balances and preparing cash flow forecast.

· Manage tax compliance for federal and state taxes, including payroll and income taxes.

· Create budgets with ownership and manage budgets to ensure fiscal health and responsibility.

· Coordinate and maintain database and computer systems throughout the company.

· Work and assist with other projects as assigned by Company Management.

Qualifications:

· Degree in Accounting, Finance or related

· 2-7 years related accounting experience

· Experience in a services business involving professionals is a plus

· Must have hands-on experience with Billings, A/R, A/P, Payroll, Excel and QuickBooks
