Job Summary:
WOYC INC is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled UV Print Operator to join our team on 2nd shift, 2pm - 10.30pm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating UV Printing machines and other related equipment to produce high-quality custom prints on a variety of tech products and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate UV Printing Machines and ensure proper functioning for optimal print quality.
- Prepare and set up materials for UV printing, including tech products and accessories.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve desired results.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the UV printers or equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements for increased efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of UV printing processes and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
