**Job Summary**

CNC Machinist - Precision Machining Specialist

QPS Employment Group is a leading staffing firm specializing in industrial, skilled trades, and administrative employment. We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Set up, operate, and program complex machined components
  • Run first piece to print specification
  • Inspect parts to inspection sheet criteria
  • Run multiple machines simultaneously as a production cell
  • Mentor and train operators

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma; CNC technical diploma preferred
  • 5+ years machining experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Advanced shop math with trigonometry and geometry
  • Ability to set up all repeat jobs that are fully documented
  • Knowledge and ability to make edits or program
  • Able to read blueprints and correlate that back to the inspection protocol and documentation
  • GD&T tolerancing knowledge
