We are seeking an Outside Sales Rep to join our team at LUXE Blades HTX We are Houston's fastest growing artificial turf company and we want you to be a part of that growth. The job is as a 1099 contractor for the company, in which you will be paid $.20 per sq. ft. of turf you sell. In addition, you will be paid a $3,000 bonus for every 30,000 square feet you sell in a months time.
We also do bi-annual trip draws in which you will be eligible for an all expenses paid cruise out of Galveston, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
