Recruitment for Trauma Law-

Job Title: Intake Specialist

This individual will be answering potential client calls and qualifying them for services. This is a sales job that
requires you to answer calls outside of normal business hours from time to time. This individual must be able to sell
our services to the client.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Manage all Intake functions
● Sign up every case that fits the firm criteria and sign up packet (complete rainbow)
● Distribute each case to case manager within 90 minutes of case sign-up
● Order first set of records needed to prove injuries/case (TCR, hospital records, etc.)
● Track all calls/leads
● Make independent intake and transportation department decisions throughout the day
● Make recommendations regarding which lead sources should be hired (or terminated) based on weekly and
monthly reports and other firm metrics

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Conduct initial phone calls or in-person meetings with potential clients to gather information about their
legal issues
● Complete our firm Intake Packet for each call
● Prepare and distribute accepted cases to Case Managers, using Case Distribution SOP
● Take detailed notes and gather relevant information from clients, including facts of their case, relevant
documents, and goals for the case
● Screen potential clients to qualify them (decide if they have a valid case)
● Communicate with clients and build trust
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all intake processes
● Manage and maintain “Drops” records
● Assist CM with gathering first set of records to prove injuries/case

REQUIRED SKILLS:
● SUPERB SALES SKILLS
● Highly organized self motivated and detail oriented
● Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
● Bilingual (Spanish)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
● 4+ years’ experience in case management, intake or sales role
