Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the operation of Combatants Overcoming Income Needs (COIN) by providing financial assistance to low-income combat veterans per Texas Veterans Commission policies and procedures. Maintain the client's files in Salesforce and paper copies. Process requests through the Veterans Programs Operations Manager and payments through finance. Work with other providers to holistically serve veterans.
Experience in Case Management desired. A bachelor’s degree in social work or related fields with excellent communication skills is preferred. Veteran applicants with an honorable discharge will be given priority. The applicant must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with Salesforce preferred.
