This role will collaborate with a team of people to resolve customer service tickets in our ticketing system and troubleshoot any issues customers may be having. An Operations Analyst can help teach you about the way Intelligent Audit services their customers and is a great place to start if you have a passion for helping others, desire to learn and grow in the logistics space, and have a an attitude of learning from the ground floor.


What You Will Do:

  • Promptly and accurately resolve customer service tickets in Jira
  • Collaborate with team to solve customer related operational issues

  • Responsible for new user accounts and scheduled reports for a customer
  • Troubleshooting customer issues – questions, errors, updates, missing information
  • Upload Spot Quote or GL files
  • Key invoice entry requests, perform data entry
