Job Summary

MarketSource is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for performing financial analysis, escalation of issues, and reporting functions for MarketSource's Business Units. You will collaborate with Client Services, Back Office Departments, and Accounting to ensure accurate data and financial management of assigned programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis for assigned programs with monthly reporting
• Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts, financial reports, and variance explanations for respective programs
• Monitor program adherence to approved budgets and provide revenue & margin analysis
• Develop and present supporting explanations for month-end results requiring variance analysis
• Implement monthly reporting and analysis of programs, including P&L review with program leadership
• Profitability analysis of ongoing programs
• Partner with Financial Analyst and Program Accountant for respective programs
• Understand Agreement amendments/modifications and incorporate changes for customer support, financial analysis
• Recommend actions to Program leadership through analyzing and interpreting data
• Lead team projects
• Assist in providing pricing models for new business and existing business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business (Accounting or Finance preferred)
• One to two years of financial operations/analysis or accounting experience, preferred
• In-office workdays required; there will be day(s) designated for working remotely based on schedule assigned
