Job Duties:
•    Design and Implement: Create and execute innovative digital learning strategies for enterprise programs with a focus on creativity and effectiveness.
•    Consultation: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with learning needs and organizational goals.•    Apply Theories: Use established instructional design theories and methods to develop and refine content.
•    Content Management: Review and update existing learning programs to ensure they remain relevant and accurate.
•    Evaluate Effectiveness: Contribute to tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of learning solutions.
•    Facilitate Training: Deliver some instructor-led training sessions as needed.
•    Advocate for Learners: Represent learner needs in all educational efforts, iterating on content to enhance learning outcomes.
•    Innovate: Design groundbreaking educational content using insights into learning and development.
•    Project Management: Oversee projects through all stages of development, ensuring quality and timely delivery, while communicating with cross-functional teams.
•    Lead Change: Research and propose new approaches to deliver engaging and effective content.
•    Brand Alignment: Ensure consistent branding across content and collaborate with marketing for material development.
 

Requirements:
•    Technical Knowledge: Ability to troubleshoot SCORM and LMS integrations.
•    Background: Experience in corporate learning, performance consultation, or a similar role.
•    Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Learning Platforms: Familiarity with learning management systems and dashboards; experience with platforms like Workday LMS preferred.
•    Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
•    Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic, matrix environment.
•    Content Management: Strong understanding of knowledge and content management strategies.
•    Global Perspective: Experience creating large-scale educational programs for a global audience, with awareness of regional, cultural, and generational differences.
