Job DescriptionJob Description

Artkive is looking to hire a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to expand and optimize our existing multi-channel marketing, specifically across email and SMS. This role will work closely with product and marketing to evolve strategy and will build creative and flows for multiple brands, including Artkive, Cards by Artkive, Photos by Artkive, and Mombox. We’re seeking a self-driven, collaborative, quick-learning, and detail-oriented individual. This is the perfect role for someone excited to make an impact and drive growth.

This is a contract role estimated to last between 4 and 6 months.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across multiple brands that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue
  • Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies using complex triggers and customer data to optimize the customer journey
  • Develop and execute complex multi-channel campaigns across SMS/MMS and email, including drip workflows, transactional experiences, and promotional campaigns
  • Create, analyze, and present metrics dashboards and reporting to optimize results and ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content marketing, product, and customer experience to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform marketing strategy and support in driving business decisions
  • Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience
  • Establish targeting strategies based on customer lifecycle segmentation & predictive analytics
  • Develop and execute on email/sms creative approach in collaboration with other team members
  • Launch and QA new email campaigns on varying email service providers
  • Optimize existing campaigns with frequent multi-variant a/b testing of subject lines, time of send, content, etc.

Qualifications
Required

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or related field
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation
  • Positive, team-oriented and self-motivated
  • Great organization, time-management and attention to detail
  • Strategic thinking, prioritization skills, troubleshooting and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced atmosphere
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Experience building and maintaining multi-channel marketing flows across sms and email
  • Extensive knowledge of best practices for creating optimized email/sms templates (including responsive design), dynamic content, testing methodologies, list segmentation, deliverability and CAN-SPAM laws
  • Extensive knowledge of SMS/MMS best practice
  • Experience with Klaviyo

Preferred

  • B2C experience
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for email design
  • Experience with Drip and Mailchimp
  • Experience working across multiple brands and multi-funnel products
  • Experience managing both marketing and transactional email/sms flows
  • Experience with AI/ML tooling
