Our client, one of the largest healthcare corporations, is looking for Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join their team in Clermont, FL.

Pay Rate Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour / depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Location: Clermont, FL

Duration: Position is a 3 month contract role that could go permanent for the right candidate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering phones.
  • Greeting patients.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Verifying insurances.
  • Setting up new patients.
  • Maintaining Patient tracking logs.
  • Processing referrals and making outbound patient calls.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 years in a medical reception/front desk setting. Healthcare experience at physician’s office required.
  • Word, Excel and EMR knowledge.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
