POSITION:  FACILITY SERVICE CONSULTANT

SUMMARY OF JOB:  Responsible for executing the sales process, cold calling and prospecting, cultivate, qualify and close new sales opportunities within an assigned geographic area with a focus on the sale of commercial preventative maintenance HVAC agreements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·   Identify and initiate contact with existing and prospective new customers to sell, renew and expand renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements

·  Build partnering relationships with owners or decision making owner representatives to drive the sale of service offerings

·  Prepare estimates and proposals

·  Develop and maintain a full pipeline of opportunities to assure sales goal attainment

·  Keep manager informed of sales progress, account status and changes in the marketplace through regularly scheduled meetings and sales tracking reports. 

Experience NECESSARY:

·  A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software 

Skills and Abilities expected:

·  The ability to identify and understand customer needs and close the sale

·  Effective time management skills

·   Excellent interpersonal and communications skills – actively listens, probes and identifies concerns

·  Extensive cold calling, prospecting and following up on sales leads

·   Good organizational skills

·  Professional and positive demeanor and appearance
