COOK for Mental Health Residential Treatment program

We are seeking an experienced COOK with a diverse culinary background to prepare and cook lunch and dinner for a small group of mental health residential adults in W. Los Angeles.
Full-time preferred; Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm.
Job Duties:
- cook lunch
- prep dinner for the evening shift
- create weekly menus
- purchase groceries for the week
- well-versed in different cuisines - American, Italian, Chinese, Mexican, Family Style and Vegan dishes
- be aware of the different dietary needs of clients and tailor to their needs
- Shop for ingredients, stock the kitchen, & monitor food freshness
- Keep refrigerators and kitchen clean and organized
We are looking to hire for this position within a month.
