We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to join our team at Telecare Corporation. As a crisis residential treatment program, we provide short-term, 24/7 crisis residential services for adults ages 18+.

Job Summary

The LVN/LPT provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by the physician. This role involves providing safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Responsibilities
  • Provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by the physician.
  • Provides safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Provides education and support to clients and their families on mental health issues and recovery-focused services.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) /Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) program and current licensure.
