Demand Generation Manager

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help us execute our marketing strategy to meet our growth objectives. Your role will be pivotal in driving our brands’ success through strategic marketing efforts such as events, social media, email marketing, advertising and much more to drive demand, conversion, and retention. Please note that this is a very hands-on role that requires you to directly execute the work. If your previous experience has been to manage others to do the work, or it’s been 2 or more years since you directly did similar work, this is likely not the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Plan, execute, and optimize in-person and virtual events to drive lead generation and brand awareness. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Email Marketing: Develop and manage targeted email campaigns that engage prospects and customers, driving conversions and nurturing relationships throughout the customer journey.
- Social Media Marketing: Create and implement social media strategies to boost engagement, grow our online community, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
- Online Advertising: Manage online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring optimal ROI and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Customer Referral Programs: Design and oversee referral programs that incentivize existing customers to refer new clients, driving organic growth and enhancing customer loyalty.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of demand generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for demand generation initiatives.
- Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across campaigns and activities.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in inbound/digital marketing, legal technology and the legal industry at large.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably within the legal or technology industries. A portfolio of previous work is required.
- Proven ability to drive results through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong at communicating with different audiences and stakeholders in oral, presentation and written form.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HubSpot.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies to engage target audiences.
- Self-starter, performance-driven, industrious (acts with a sense of urgency and high productivity), fast learner, resourceful and deadline & highly organized.
- You’re comfortable and enjoy learning new technical tools as they become available.
