The five major roles for this position are:
- Project, Budget and Timeline Management: Project Time and Material Budgeting, Milestone Timeline Projections and Tracking, Project Reporting
- Order Management: Purchase Order, Order Acknowledgements, Payment Requests
- Product Receiving Management: Tracking, Receiving, Deliveries and Scheduling
- Quality Assurance Management: Receiving, Repair, Claims, Budget Management
- Installation Management: Scheduling, On-Site Installation Supervision, Post-Installation Follow-Up
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury residential custom furnishings procurement or project management.
- Studio Designer software experience, or equivalent, a plus
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including purchase order management, vendor negotiation, and contract management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
