Our client, a reputable organization in the Education space, is in search of a Student Health Coordinator to join their team for a temp-to perm opportunity

Location: Hybrid, must be able to work onsite in King of Prussia 1-2 times/week

Pay Rate: $17/Hour (if converted to perm, then $18/hr)

Work Shift and Days: M-F, 8am-4pm

 

Position Summary:
Pupil Health Coordinator assists with the management of incoming and outgoing records. He/she ensures the flow of operations continues when department staff is unavailable.

Essential Responsibilities:
● Process record requests for student health records per records policy
● Processing incoming documents. Including but not limited to sorting and distributing paper mail, faxes, and uploads
● File health forms (physicals, dentals, screenings, immunizations, etc.) into student health records
● Process enrolling student documentation
● Health screening administrative duties as assigned (scanning in paper copies of health screenings into SNAP, making copies for sites, ordering supplies, creating expense reports for pool nurses)
● Attend health screening site and testing sites as assigned
● Ensure that the flow of operations continues while department staff are out of the office conducting statewide screenings or other business (answering forwarded emails, calls)
● Assist with non-compliant student mailings and calls
● Attend to emails and phone calls from family, staff and districts
● Attend and assist with outings and events as requested
● Assist with increase-mandate-compliance projects

Education, Certifications, Experience:
● 1 - 5 years of administrative experience; experience in a school or medical setting a plus
● Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
