As the Administrator, you will lead the day-to-day operations, nurturing teamwork within all departments to assure quality care for those we care for. Duties:

  • Responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing long-term care facilities and to ensure that the highest degree of resident care and services are delivered and maintained
  • You will ensure all personnel are treated fairly and consistent with company policy and applicable laws
  • Oversight and management of all business-related activity for this skilled nursing facility
  • Ensure company standard as high-quality provider through implementation and monitoring of quality systems and processes
  • Oversee Annual State Surveys
  • Financial management
  • Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
