Work model:

  • On-Site
  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What you will do:

  • Design and analyze structures using engineering calculations and software
  • Prepare calculations and specifications for projects under the supervision of a licensed engineer
  • Start CAD drawings or markup drawings for drafters (AutoCAD & Revit)
  • Collaborate with engineers in the office or contractors, and other professionals on project design needs
  • Assist in site visits to assess existing structures and provide recommendations for repairs or modifications
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field
  • EIT status or taking the FE exam soon
  • Strong technical skills for preparing drawings and calculations in AutoCAD with an emphasis on structural 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
