Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently looking for an external sales associate to support daily sales operations and assist customers who visit our premises. The perfect candidate should possess in-depth expertise in sales (excluding cash register transactions) and customer interactions. Flexibility to travel occasionally. This full-time position is based in Livingston, CA, and remote work is not an option.

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**

  • - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business development and revenue growth.
  • - Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • - Ability to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and training to ensure they are equipped to succeed.
  • - Conduct sales calls to educate customers and potential customers of our products and services
  • - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • - Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
  • - Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
  • - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • - Continuously monitor and assess sales performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.

  • - Ability to manage and motivate a team of sales professionals.

  • - Experience in outside sales and the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
  • - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to achieve their goals.
