We're seeking a detail-oriented Surface Paint Prep Technician to contribute to our plastic manufacturing success in Fountain, CO. This is a 1st shift position offering $21/hour.

Job Description:

As a Surface Prep Technician, you'll meticulously prepare plastic surfaces for the painting process. Your role is vital in ensuring a flawless finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and prep plastic surfaces for coating.
  • Protective Measures: Apply masking tape and coverings to shield areas from paint.
  • Quality Control: Inspect surfaces for defects, repair as needed.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment in optimal condition.
  • Safety First: Adhere to safety protocols for a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in surface prep or related field.
  • Mastery of surface prep techniques and materials.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
