SUMMARY OF JOB:


• Manage and grow existing customer base while maintaining TSC’s quality and profit margins
• Manage Commercial / Industrial / Residential installation and service job sites along with personnel to maintain quality and timely progress
• Provide pricing and communicate in a timely, professional manner with customers to close sales
• Understand our market and develop strategies to meet the current market demands
• Perform routine sales call including cold calls
• Maintain schedule for service, installation and sales while maintaining opportunities for future sales
• Maintain safely practices
• Secure work to meet sales goals
• Review technician work to make sure it meets TSC’s standards
• Maintain relationships with vendors
• Ensure customer satisfaction for existing customers as well as possible future customers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5 years HVAC trade experience
• 5 years HVAC technical experience preferred
• Prior leadership / management experience
• EPA HVAC Certification preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of marketing and financing concepts
• Understanding of HVAC services and installation standards and codes
• Knowledge of Office Word and Excel
• Basic computer skills
• Passing of random drug test periodically
• Clean Driving Record


SKILLS and EPERIENCE
• The Ability to understand and identify customer’s needs while developing an effective solution
• Effective time management skills
• Ability to gather information and access the situation in a timely manner and developing appropriate actions
• Ability and willingness to demonstrate ethical behavior and exhibit a high level of integrity
