Business Development Sales Representative

Company Overview: We are an innovative and dynamic HOA (Homeowners Association) management company specializing in providing exceptional services to our clients. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Development Manager to drive our growth and establish new client relationships within the HOA industry.
Job Overview: As a Business Development Manager for our HOA management company, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by promoting our comprehensive suite of management services to Homeowners Associations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Identify, research, and target new business opportunities within the HOA sector to expand the company's client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective clients, HOA board members, and decision-makers to understand their needs and effectively articulate how our services align with their requirements.
- Sales and Negotiation: Develop and present tailored proposals, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new business. Achieve or exceed sales targets through a strategic and consultative sales approach.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to provide insights for the development of innovative sales strategies.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients and provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field, ideally within the HOA management, real estate, or property management sector.
- Strong understanding of the Homeowners Association industry and its dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools for pipeline management.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary of $2,000 per month plus a competitive commission structure based on achieved sales targets.
