Pay Range: $80-$85/h on DOE

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management or business process, technology platform, or architecture role
  • Deep experience in enterprise products/applications with an emphasis on Sales, Service, Support, and customer relationship management systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • A self-motivated person who can influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communication
  • A strong leader, skilled at storytelling and communication with proven ability to credibly drive conversations with senior leaders
  • Excels in driving cross-functional teams and leading initiatives across an organization involving multiple product teams
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies
  • A strong sense of urgency to help customers through the ability to identify insights and deliver a quality, innovative experience quickly

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate thought leadership and drive strategic direction for Sales Technology capabilities
  • Own the product planning, prioritization, and roadmap activities for your Domain
  • Use data to drive decisions and define the metrics that measure and monitor your goals
  • Establish mechanisms to gain deep understanding of sales needs, with direct interaction and prioritizing their feedback in the roadmap
  • Drive and coordinate execution against plan, anticipating risk, and leading discussion via frequent, clear communication, both internally and with dependent technology teams.
  • Work with the Sales business owners to execute the strategy, vision, and prioritization of products / features across our Sales technology stack
  • Ensure User Stories represent customer needs and define work in a meaningful way, which include clear acceptance criteria and consider dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives
  • Able to engage with and influence Senior Leadership effectively

Education:

BA/BS in Computer Science or a similar technical degree preferred
