We are hiring for all locations

Salary-based position. Scope of work outlined below.

Salary based on a 40 hour work week at $17-$22 per hour DOE.

Primary Functions and Scope of Position:
Utilize maintenance resources to achieve maximum condition of all facilities of Mountainside Fitness.
Facilities maintenance and repair. Basic electric, plumbing, and general repairs.

I. JOB- RELATED REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

A. Must be at least 18 years or older.
B. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
C. Must be able to maneuver throughout the club and equipment.
D. Ability to troubleshoot & assess equipment problems and develop possible cost-effective solutions
E. Experience & knowledge of mechanical equipment repair & maintenance
F. Demonstrate responsibility, dependability & consistency in communicating messages & completing tasks
G Possess problem solving and conflict resolution skills
H.Demonstrate self-motivated and self-directed behavior such as seeking out additional duties.
I. Physical ability to complete job-related tasks
J. Ability to communicate effectively with managers, co-workers, and members.
K. Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.
L. Successful completion of Manage Staff training, drug- testing, and Mountainside Training Program.

II. JOB-RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES /DUTIES
Offer cost-effective solutions and alternatives to maintenance-related issues and projects.
Maintain minimal downtime on all facility repairs. Minimal to be defined as 48 hours or less when controllable. when uncontrollable. Communicate via spike plans and eta.
Work closely with Apex Fitness on all equipment repairs and downtime. Understand and communicate effectively to others eta and solutions.
Communicate with GM on all projects and daily productivity.
Complete a Site Audit 1 time per week. Submit to GM and the President/COO.
Utilize company-approved resources for additional repairs and information..Complete appropriate paperwork accurately: equipment repair/problems, incident/corrective action reports, etc.
Assist with special projects including club openings.
Other job–related duties as assigned.


III. OTHER:
A. Report directly to your club’s GM. Work closely with the President/COO.
B. Location and hours of position may change as needed with advance notice.
C. Performance reviews conducted annually by the President/COO.
