We are seeking a residential maintenance technician for our team in Gilbert.

The ideal candidate has experience in apartment maintenance and is professional, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform all aspects of maintenance for an apartment community. Daily responsibilities include helping get the units ready for move-in, light work orders, and groundskeeping maintenance of the common areas.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vacant units for move-in

• Perform routine repairs, including plumbing, major household appliance repair and installation, electrical, painting, carpentry, and drywall repair

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance

• Prioritize and organize work orders, complete efficiently

Requirements:

• Lift/move up to 50 pounds, work on feet for 8 hours per day

• At least 6 months of onsite apartment maintenance or related experience (home remodeling, hotel maintenance, commercial maintenance, etc.)

• Must have your own set of personal hand tools that you bring with you every day
