Job Description:

Join the culinary team as a Sous Chef We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to work alongside our head chef in leading our kitchen operations. If you have a passion for creating exceptional dishes, a strong culinary background, and the ability to inspire and motivate a kitchen team, we want you to be a key part of our kitchen leadership.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the head chef in planning and executing creative and high-quality menus.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistent culinary excellence.
  • Collaborate with the head chef in menu development and ingredient sourcing.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent culinary training.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, trends, and ingredients.
  • Leadership and management skills to motivate and guide kitchen staff.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent training.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
