Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our team You will be responsible for preparing monthly billings for our company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Get anticipated monthly billing amounts from Project Managers
  • Input all monthly billings into applicable forms by project and submit to General Contractors
  • Obtain lower tier waivers from some sub-contractors and/or suppliers
  • Obtain MA Out of State Certificate for all MA projects
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
