We are seeking a motivated team player who is ready to lead our Business Intelligence reporting & data analytics engineering. Contribute to our enterprise reporting and enterprise data warehouse platform leveraging cloud native technologies. The position will be responsible for developing and delivering the analytics across departments within the organization and eventually to our clients under the supervision of our SVP Engineering and Data Analytics.

The position location is hybrid in our Concord office or remote.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Responsible for the Enterprise reporting and Data and Analytics across the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end development and production support of our Enterprise reporting.
  • Responsible for Power BI reports development.
  • Responsible for our Power BI tenant administration including the Microsoft On-Prem Data Gateway.
  • Responsible for Azure Logic apps dataflows.
  • Participate in our Enterprise Data Warehouse initiative.
  • Developing data / information management artifacts including source to target mappings, data models (dimensional, columnar), data dictionaries and metadata management practices.
  • Continuously evaluate new data technologies and advise on possible use case for deployment.
  • Responsible for Visual Studio/Visual Code projects for Data Analytics including release pipeline process and procedure.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI Report & Power BI Paginated Reports
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Data and Data Analytics including ETL/ELT, backend and front-end development.
  • 5-7+ years of experience with Azure: Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Key Vault, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen 2 (ADLS Gen2), Azure SQL DB, Databricks
  • 3+ years of experience with Snowflake & Snowpipe
  • 3+ years of experience with Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online
  • 5-7+ years of experience with SQL, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc…), Data Lakes and Data Warehouses.
  • Experience with Data Modeling (Tabular, Azure Analysis Services)
  • Experience with a Data Modeling tool for OLTP and Star/Snowflake schema, such as Embarcadero ER Studio or Erwin

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Experience with Enterprise Data Governance, Big Data Solutions, Master data management, Data Privacy and Security, Machine Learning, and Data Pipeline Operations.
  • Experience implementing operational best practices such as monitoring, alerting, metadata management with tools such as Microsoft Purview or similar.
  • Knowledge of Power BI Embedded.
  • Research and evangelize modern data solutions and new technologies.
  • Familiar with HealthCare Transaction processing, Clearinghouse Operations, X12 EDI.
  • Good understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Teams.
  • Experience with code versioning tools (Git, BitBucket, etc.)
  • Must be self-motivated, can work independently.
  • Must be an analytical and creative problem solver.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality solutions and creating great experiences.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer and internal information.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI/PII working environment.
