I-    Job Brief

Maintenance personnel is responsible to maintain the operational efficiency of the whole facility in a safe and efficient manner. Maintenance personnel’s daily responsibilities include building and equipment repair as well as preventative work. This includes communicating challenges with their supervisor to ensure that all maintenance requirements are being met

II-    Responsibilities

   Maintenance Personnel Level I

·         Inspect and repair the building as assigned to keep it in a clean and orderly condition.

  • Maintain landscaping and upkeep of grounds equipment.
  • Repair machinery according to equipment manufacturers recommendation and best practice
  • Clean, change filters and lubricate machinery.
  • Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards and departmental requirements.
  • Maintain specified records of work performed, details of repairs, and materials usage.
