Technical and Analytical Skills

·       Advanced Statistical Analysis and Mathematics: Proficiency in probability, statistics, and mathematical modeling is crucial. This includes knowledge of hypothesis testing, statistical inference, and predictive modeling.

·       Machine Learning and Deep Learning: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised and unsupervised), neural networks, support vector machines, gradient boosting, clustering, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. This includes the ability to design, implement, and validate complex models tailored to specific problems.

·       Advanced Machine Learning Techniques: Mastery over ensemble methods like Random Forests, Gradient Boosting Machines (GBM), and XGBoost/LightGBM. Understanding of advanced techniques such as stacking and blending to improve model performance.

·       Time Series Analysis: Expertise in analyzing time-series data, forecasting, and anomaly detection. Knowledge of ARIMA, SARIMA, exponential smoothing, Kalman Filter, LSTM networks, and techniques for dealing with seasonality and trend decomposition.

·       Data Wrangling and Preprocessing: Ability to handle, clean, and preprocess data efficiently. This involves dealing with missing values, outliers, and feature engineering.

·       Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with big data platforms and tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka for processing large datasets.

·       Advanced Statistical Methods: Deep knowledge of multivariate statistics, Bayesian inference, and experimental design. Proficiency in applying complex statistical tests and models to real-world data.

·       Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages used in data science, especially Python. Knowledge of SQL for data querying is also required. Ability to write clean, readable, and efficient code.
