AI Technology, Inc., a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals including adhesives, coatings, and thermal management materials, is seeking a dynamic and skilled salesperson for our Princeton, NJ office. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about driving sales and growth in the specialty chemical industry.
Major Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of AI Technology's diverse chemical product portfolio.
- Actively engage with existing and potential customers to drive sales of our chemical products and services.
- Address customer inquiries, provide timely pricing information, and keep customers informed about new and existing products.
- Analyze customer needs to identify how our products can best serve their requirements and propose optimal chemical solutions.
- Travel frequently to develop strong relationships with customers, understand their operational environments, and present tailored solutions.
- Participate in industry trade shows, represent the company, and engage in promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and autonomous approach to managing work responsibilities.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in chemical sales or a closely related field.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus commission on sales.
