We seek an experienced Field Sales Representative with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales of consumer goods and be ready to contribute to our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • · Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • · Manage and grow existing customer accounts while actively seeking new sales opportunities
  • · Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • · Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory using CRM systems
  • · Assist in inventory control and management
  • · Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts using Microsoft Excel
  • · Travel to client sites and industry events as required (approximately 50% travel)

Qualifications:

  • · 3-5 years of experience in retail sales of consumer goods
  • · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • · Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • · Familiarity with CRM systems and inventory management software
  • · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • · Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • · Valid driver's license and ability to travel

Preferred Skills:

  • · Experience in marketing or promotional activities
  • · Knowledge of current market trends in consumer goods
