Showroom Coordinator

The Showroom Coordinator assists sales consultants with residential projects with a high level of proficiency and self-drive. Performs duties to assist in customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sales estimating and coordinating of residential jobs
- Assist the showroom sales design consultants with project demands
- Work cooperatively and enthusiastically toward the company goals and directives
- Performs estimating/sales administrative and office support activities
- Create job orders and estimates using SAGE100
- Manage time efficiently to meet and exceed deadlines to ensure availability for additional projects
- Coordinate and work with Sales Design Consultants to support sales & customer service
- Ensures that all the bids are sent out within 72 hours of the customer request
- Answers and directs phone calls, greets customers
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs plan takeoffs in OST
- Performs other duties as requested
Requirements
- 1-3 years of tile and stone administrative experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with SAGE100 Project Management accounting system preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be self-motivated with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
- Possess positive attitude of cooperation and collaboration with clients and Brekhus team members
- Excellent organizational and time management efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Utmost attention to detail
- Ability to work weekends or additional hours when needed
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the Employee Handbook and perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned by the General Manager/Sr. Project Manager
Working Environment
This position requires working in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, sit, use hands and fingers, use of computer equipment, reach, kneel, climb, talk and hear. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 45 pounds occasionally. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The duties of this job are performed in either office and/or at jobsites, thereby experiencing some minor to minor to moderate level of noise due to machine equipment

Compensation
- Hiring range: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour DOE
