The Billing Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and credits. The ideal candidate will have experience in the legal field and be proficient in Pro Forma, Billing, and Law experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, payments, and credits accurately and timely
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Work with the accounting department to ensure that all financial records are accurate
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to billing procedures and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in the legal field
  • Proficiency in Pro Forma, Billing, and Law experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of electronic websites for invoice submission
  • Strong computer skills, including MSWord, Excel, and Elite Billing Software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
